  • I the artist holds every rights to the produced artwork, not the client 

  • I am allowed to use the commission artwork to:                                  

    • Promote myself.                          

    • Display/post it at any social platforms under the artist’s social media handle.

  • The client is only allowed to:                                                               

    • Use the copyrighted commission artwork for personal use only.                       

    • Repost commission artwork on their own social media pages or any other site with credit to me (the artist).  

    • Claim the rights of their own character but not the drawing/artwork itself.  

    • Client must credit me the artist [@ilurisa] at all times for all commission artwork. 

    •  In any event if you (the client) break the copyright infringement in any way, every rights you had to the commission artwork will be retracted.  ​

COPYRIGHT & PERMISSION

 The following is considered copyright infringement: 

  • Reproducing or using the commission artwork commercially. 

  • Redistribute, repost, make merchandise or profit commercially from the commissioned artwork (be it offline sales or digital currency or in any currency form- example:  non fungible tokens or crypto currency or NFTs) 

  • Taking credit for the creation of the commission artwork. 

  •  Removing any watermark/signatures  

  •  Altering the commission artwork in any form without the artist consent.  

  • Editing, tracing or stealing the commission artwork
