• Client have the full right to cancel their commission request/order before payment is made.  

•  I have the rights to cancel and refund your commission at any time without any explanation or reasons. 

•  Client is only entitled to a full refund if I have not started on your commission. 

• If a cancellation is request by the client during the midway of the commission (inking and colouring phase), no refund will be given.  

• If a cancellation and refund is requested by the client after sketch approval, 50% of whatever has been paid will be refunded. 

•  100% refund will never be made once commission started. 

•  If the client decides to chargeback against me, your rights will be retracted and I will have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to a new client/buyer. 

•  Commission artwork that got cancelled during sketch midway would not be given.
